Definitions – 

• Platform: Refers to the Metal Sauda website and associated services. 
• User: Refers to individuals or entities accessing the platform, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.
• Listings: Refers to the metal raw material products uploaded by users for sale or trade.    

User Responsibilities –

• Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information for listings and accounts.
• Compliance: Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding trade and materials.
• Prohibited Items: Listings of illegal or restricted items (as per local and international laws) are strictly prohibited.

Listing Guidelines –

• Listings must clearly describe the product, including specifications, quantity, price, and location.
• Duplicate or misleading listings are prohibited.
• The platform reserves the right to review, modify, or remove listings that violate policies

Transactions – 

• Direct Responsibility: Metal Sauda is a platform for connecting buyers and sellers. We are not involved in transactions, payments, or disputes. 
• Verification: Users are responsible for verifying the quality, quantity, and legitimacy of products before making a transaction..

Fees and Payments – 

• Listing Fees:

1. Basic listings are free.
2. Premium listings (e.g., highlighted or top-ranked) require additional charges based on the chosen plan.
3. Details of premium plans are available on our Pricing Page.

• Refunds:

1. Fees are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors caused by Metal Sauda.
2. Refund requests can be submitted through our Support Team within 7 days of payment

Dispute Resolution – 

• User Disputes: Metal Sauda does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes independently through communication.
• Reporting Issues: If a user violates the Terms or engages in fraudulent activity, you can report the issue through our Report Abuse feature.
• Arbitration: For disputes directly involving Metal Sauda (e.g., payment issues or account termination), users agree to resolve them through binding arbitration under Mumbai Governing Law.

• Users retain ownership of their content but grant Metal Sauda a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and use the content for platform-related purposes.
• Unauthorized copying or use of the platform’s content is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability – 

• Metal Sauda is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions or user interactions on the platform.
  We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of listings or user-provided content.

Termination of Service – 

• Metal Sauda reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or listings that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or fail to meet quality standards.

Privacy – 

• Users agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of personal information

Modifications to Terms – 

• We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law – 

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Mumbai Jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Mumbai Region.
